Section 01 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 299bad platform ("Site", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By using the 299bad.lat website and all related services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

The meanings of key terms used in this document are given below:

• "Platform" — The 299bad.lat website and all its subpages and services.
• "Account" — A registered user's personal profile.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional rewards or credits granted by 299bad.

Section 02 Account Registration

To participate on the 299bad platform you must register a valid account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. If more than one account exists under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any pending winnings may be forfeited.
• At registration you must provide your correct name, a valid email address and an active mobile number.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through the account.
• Any unauthorised access to your account or security breach must be reported to our support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

299bad reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Section 03 Age Verification

The 299bad platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Opening an account, playing games or placing bets by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.

At any time after account registration, 299bad may request a copy of your birth certificate, National ID or passport to verify your age. Failure to complete verification will result in immediate account suspension.

Section 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at 299bad: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• All deposits will be calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the depositor's name must match the account holder's name.
• If a transaction fails, please contact our live chat support.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted it may not be possible to cancel it.

Section 05 Bonuses and Promotions

299bad offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own applicable terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer once only.
• If a withdrawal is made after accepting a bonus without completing the specified wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• If a member attempts to fulfil bonus conditions through arbitrage or strategic betting, 299bad reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonus offers apply to eligible members only; 299bad reserves the right to determine eligibility.

VIP Program

The 299bad VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

To receive VIP benefits, members must comply with the terms and conditions set by 299bad. 299bad reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

Section 06 Game Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and many other game types are available at 299bad. The rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error produces an abnormal result, 299bad reserves the right to void or recalculate the bet.
• Pre-event betting markets ("pre-match") and in-event betting markets ("live betting") are governed by separate rules.
• 299bad reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

Game Results

The results of all games are determined fairly through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer process. 299bad is committed to ensuring fair play.

Section 07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299bad platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all balances and winnings may be forfeited:

• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts or sharing accounts among family members to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's systems through hacking, the use of bots or automated software.
• Colluding dishonestly with other users to gain an advantage against the casino or other players.
• Opening an account with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Intentionally exploiting errors or bugs in the platform.

Section 08 Account Closure

Closure at Member's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed and any remaining balance will be returned, however active bonuses will be cancelled.

Closure by 299bad

299bad reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Opening an account with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure or non-cooperation with KYC verification.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any pending valid winnings will be paid out. However, if closure is due to a breach of Section 07, balances may be forfeited.

Section 09 Limitation of Liability

299bad will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Any loss in a game or bet caused by an internet connection failure.
• Loss arising from a user's own negligence in allowing their password or account details to fall into another person's hands.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, banks, etc.).
• Service unavailability during technical interruptions, server maintenance or security updates.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, cyber attacks or government restrictions.

299bad always strives to ensure the highest standard of service. However, we sincerely apologise for any temporary unavailability due to technical reasons.

Section 10 Privacy and Data Protection

299bad gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption.

• Your personal information is used to provide services and ensure security.
• Your information is not sold or transferred to third parties except where legally required.
